  • Does the PV have any finalizers that are preventing deletion?
  • What is the reclaim policy on the PV?
  • Is any PVC still bound to this PV?
  • Are there any pods still mounting a volume that references this PV?
  • What CSI driver is managing this volume, and is it healthy?
  • Is the kubernetes.io/pv-protection finalizer present?
  • Has the underlying storage resource been cleaned up in the cloud provider?
  • What is the VolumeAttachment status for this PV?
