Track: Learning & Cognition¶
Meta-skills for learning faster, retaining more, and thinking clearly. This track improves the efficiency of every other track.
Goals¶
- Understand how memory works and apply spaced repetition deliberately
- Manage attention and resist distraction during deep work
- Recognize cognitive biases that distort technical judgment
- Build sustainable study habits even under stress or anxiety
- Monitor your own understanding (metacognition) and adjust strategies
Prerequisites¶
- None (start this track on Day 1 -- it accelerates all other learning)

Suggested Pace¶
- Front-loaded: Modules 1-2 in Week 1 of any curriculum (before technical content)
- Steady: 1 module per week (4 weeks total)
